    Job Title: IT Support Apprentice

    We are seeking an individual who is approachable, friendly, and brimming with enthusiasm, possessing a genuine interest in computers, and a strong desire to learn and collaborate within a team environment.

    Key Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

    • Installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server, Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office packages.
    • Setup, configuration, and management of Office 365, Exchange Server, and mobile email services.
    • Exploration of Cisco products, Cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, along with networking and IT protocols like TCP, SMTP, and DNS.
    • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
    • Occasional visits to client sites for equipment support, installations, and maintenance.
    • Providing technical assistance via phone and remote-control software to clients and our internal team.
    • Updating service records and maintaining support ticketing systems.
    • Keeping meticulous documentation records.

    Desired Skills and Qualities:

    • Positive and open-minded approach.

    A full, clean UK driver's license (advantageous but not mandatory)

    Entry Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
    • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
    • No existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.

    Individuals with a blend of qualifications and experience showcasing the required foundation for the program will also be considered.

    If you hold international equivalents of the listed qualifications, you must provide an official document stating the comparison to UK qualifications at the time of application.
