The Company
My client is working through a significant transformation programme to support their growth ambitions.

This will see change across front and back office functions, with new process and systems being implemented delivering improved services to employees andcustomers.


The Role

The Solutions Architect will join the Enterprise Architecture team, comprising an Enterprise Architect and 3 Solutions Architects, working on the development of the future state.

As a Solutions Architect you will need to understand the business needs and howtechnology can be used to meet those demands and improve performance.

This role will work primarily at an enterprise scale, liaising with multiple teams, developing strong relationships and an awareness of the change and investment required to meet the longterm strategy


The Person:


  • Demonstrable experience as a solutions architect, interfacing with technical experts & senior stakeholders
  • Experienced in working within multidisciplinary agile teams and with 3rd party providers, ideally with exposure to the financial services sector
  • Proven experience of creative problem solving, keen to investigate with a curiosity to learn in order to find innovative solutions
  • Heavily experienced in ownership of full process including creation, key outputs associated with the role and the proven effective iteration throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience using modern architecture and development, ideally including work with Cloud based services (Azure preferably).
  • Previous work with customer contact solutions, contact/call centres, CRM, mail/phone etc, would be beneficial.
The role will come with salary of up to £80,000 and fantastic benefits package. The company offers a hybrid working arrangement with office just outside of Newcastle city centre.
