- Advertising, sourcing, and screening applicants.
- Responding to all resourcing queries.
- Maintaining the internal database for storing applicant details.
- Assessing applicant suitability against role profiles and providing interview shortlists.
- Identifying potential employees through searching, sourcing, and headhunting.
- Liaising with external recruitment partners.
- Utilizing the company website and social media for candidate recruitment.
- Ensuring the correctness and relevance of company online platforms and updating as needed.
- Coordinating interviews with potential employees.
- Collecting feedback and updating candidates accordingly.
- Preparing New Starter Packs and conducting pre-employment checks.
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions.
- Actively contributing to maintaining and improving company systems while meeting ISO9001: 2008 requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to the Company Health and Safety Policy to promote a safe working environment.
- Performing HR admin duties as necessary.
- 2 years of experience in a Recruitment/HR environment is desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and spoken).
- Ability to organize self and others effectively.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
- Capable of providing constructive feedback.
- Adopts a diplomatic approach.
