The role & about the client:

On behalf of our client, ITS Building People are searching for an experienced Site manager to join an award winning, dynamic, and forward-thinking commercial Contractor based in Hampshire & Dorset.

Due to sustained and continuous growth as well as an order book stretching well past 2028, they are looking to add to their management team.

The successful candidate will have extensive re-cladding, cladding, externals, roofing, curtain walling & Facades experience.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Set out detailed works.
Make sure records are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements.
Resolve any issues that may occur.
Procurement schedules for the jobs.
Site Diaries and Allocation Sheets.
Accurate and timely setting out of the works.
Producing quality records without outstanding defects.
Production of records, drawing registers and weekly diaries.
To be successful all applicants must have worked for a rival Façade subcontractor in the UK.
You must have the appropriate qualifications and a minimum of 2 years management experience.

In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have facade experience including Cladding, Curtain walling and Rain Screens.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadline, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality.

The successful applicant will show proven experience within a Site Manager role.
Re-cladding experience will be beneficial The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate would have experience working as a Site manager on re-cladding Projects.
Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role:

SMSTS
1st Aid
CSCS card
Asbestos awareness
DBS check
Successful Drugs & Alcohol Test
