  • Working closely with Senior Management to formulate domestic and international sales strategies.
  • Managing large-scale developments across Prime Central London and Surrey, successfully meeting and exceeding targets in challenging market conditions. Closely monitoring consumer trends and adjusting strategies when needed.
  • Ensuring sales teams are motivated and have the tools needed to work efficiently to get the results required, through regular performance reviews and training.
  • Organising and overseeing events both domestically and internationally across East Asia and the Middle East. Presenting development overviews to ensure agents are thoroughly up to date with build progress, incentives, and activity to help engagement and performance.

  • Selling off-plan and completed developments across London. Primarily dealing with high-net-worth investors.
  • Using Excel to formulate investment plans to pitch off plan schemes to Buy to Let investors.
  • Managing the sales process by liaising with all associated parties; buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors and developers to ensure the deal completes successfully within the agreed deadlines set.
