    Andersen James has partnered with Adderstone living to help recruit their new Regional Director (Yorkshire Region). Following successful year on year growth in the North East it is felt now is the right time to expand into a new region following the successful appointment of their New Business Director.

    Adderstone living specialise in working with Affordable Housing Providers and Local Authorities providing high quality homes that their clients customers will be proud of.

    This is an opportunity for someone who sees themselves as a self-starter whose values will be in line to help grow the organisations newest region. With some schemes already in the pipeline the new director will take it to the next level.

    Duties Include:

    • Lead in organically growing a new division of Adderstone Living in the Yorkshire region.
    • Build and create strong networks and relationships across the Yorkshire region with key social landlords.
    • Working with the New Business Director to identify suitable land and partnership opportunities that are in line with the growth strategy.
    • On site delivery of each scheme ensuring each is up to a high standard and ready to be handed over adhering to all compliance and legislation.
    • Identify any risks through feasibility studies and stress testing and should anything arise taking action immediately.
    • Strong commercial awareness as it pertains to budgets and costs.
    • Building a high-performance culture and team that allows for everyone to feel valued and contributing towards the companies goals.
