    Description
    • Du betreust die operative Zusammenarbeit mit den ausländischen Schwestergesellschaften der GVL weltweit
    • Du standardisierst die Datenaustauschprozesse, damit Künstler*innen Erlöse für die weltweite Nutzung ihrer Aufnahmen erhalten (Claiming & Collecting)
    • Du übernimmst die Kommunikation zu Kolleg*innen im Ausland, zu anderen Abteilungen und Berechtigten der GVL
    • Monitoring, Reporting und Forecasting ausländischer Märkte und Kennzahlen der Schwestergesellschaften nach standardisierten Vorgaben
    • Du unterstützt bei Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der internationalen Zusammenarbeit
    • Du implementierst neue Repräsentationsvereinbarungen in die grundlegenden Prozesse der GVL
    • Austausch über internationale Cashflows in Koordination mit unserem Finance Department
    • Einholung von Wohnsitzabfragen und Ansässigkeitsbescheinigungen in Bezug auf die Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen zwischen anderen Ländern und Deutschland
    • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Datenmanagement, Musik-/Kulturmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. berufliche Erfahrung (z.B. im Bereich Medien, Musik, Film, IT oder Buchhaltung/Accounting)
    • Du bist kunden- und serviceorientiert und hast analytische Fähigkeiten, die dir dabei helfen, bei stets ändernden Rahmenbedingungen flexibel zu reagieren
    • Dir liegt der reibungslose und effiziente Betrieb von Prozessen am Herzen. Bei der operativen Durchführung der Prozesse handelst Du eigenverantwortlich und umsichtig und berücksichtigst engagiert die vielfältigen operativen und datenbezogenen Abhängigkeiten innerhalb und außerhalb der GVL.
    • Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, bist engagiert und überzeugst in verschiedensten Kontexten, bei Präsentationen oder Verhandlungen durch Sachkenntnis und sicheres Auftreten. Gleichzeitig kannst Du verschiedensten Interessen identifizieren und zwischen ihnen moderieren.
    • Du gehst sicher mit MS Office Produkten um und hast vor allem sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse.
    • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist in mündlicher und schriftlicher Kommunikation gewandt
    • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Sprache, wie z.B. Spanisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil
