- Operates their assigned aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance with CHC operational standards and all applicable regulations;
- Places safety and customer service at the forefront in everything they do, both inside and outside the aircraft;
- Maintains situational awareness throughout the entire operational region with respect to weather conditions, NOTAMs, sea state and customer offshore facility status;
- Supports the aircraft commander in the safe operation of flights;
- Facilitates communications with the customer and ensures CHC is represented in a professional manner;
- Stays up to date on all operational and safety procedures;
- Complies with other duties and assignments as determined by the Flight Operations Management team;
- Work area is Aberdeen, but secondments to other operating bases are possible.
- Valid and current UK CAA ATPL (H) or UK CAA CPL(H) with ATPL(H) theory;
- Multi pilot type rating H175;
- Applicants are required to hold a UK CAA Class 1 medical certificate;
- Applicants will be required to complete psychometric testing;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
- Must be organised and be able to work with a large and varied workload;
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team;
- Must be able to pass a UK security background check;
- Must be IT literate and able to work with CHC IT systems for flight planning, rostering and others;
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
- 1 Year in the Offshore Oil and Gas Sector.;
- EASA ATPL (H) alongside UK CAA ATPL (H);
- 1,500 hours PIC helicopter;
- 500 hours Multi Engine;
- ICAO English level 6.
