Solution Architect | Enterprise level Salesforce | UK remote working
Please note, this is a UK-based remote working role.

Our client is embarking on the next phase of their technology-enabled business change and transformation. They are delivering a complex global portfolio of projects and programmes which spans business, digital, and customer transformation.

We've been mandated to hire a Solution Architect who will provide overall direction, guidance, definition, and facilitation for the development of current and future architecture required to meet our client needs specifically related to Salesforce.

This role will be based from home with occasional travel to regional hubs and head office.

As Solution Architect for Salesforce you'll be responsible for designing, enablement, and guidance of solution architecture by owning the solution for front office objectives and ensuring consistency with the architectural direction for our client.

You can expect your responsibilities to include:

Lead analysis and design of tactical and strategic systems through establishing standard practices for representing and developing information, process, and system models.
Produce technical documents such as reference architecture and design documents such as highlevel designs, contributes to the architectural context and scope documents.
Ensure solutions conform to global principles, policies and standards and regulations and are scalable future proof and fit for purpose.
Develop and maintain architectural principles, strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps.
Support in the creation of the lowlevel designs and reviews design documentation.
Support the Project Manager in planning activities and technical viewpoints.
Ensure all key design decisions are logged.
Stay current on emerging technologies and trends, practically and pragmatically incorporate these into future architectures and roadmaps.

Our client is looking for
As Solution Architect you'll bring a proven understanding of architecture and functionality of Salesforce technologies and solutions.

Alongside your extensive experience with global deployments of Salesforce Service, Sales, and Marketing you'll bring:

Excellent communication skills with ability to tell stories that translate data and technology solutions to business stakeholders needs/requirements.
Highly strategic mindset with ability to connect the dots and translate into key tactical actions.
Proven ability to deal with ambiguity
Welldeveloped influencing skills across all levels, both internal and external.
Advanced conceptual and analytical skills demonstrating outsidethebox problem solving skills, pragmatic in approach.
Excellent track record of gaining senior leadership buyin to highimpact, highvalue roadmaps and business cases.
Extensive experience of architecting and delivering large (£20M+), global transformations involving multiple Systems Integration partners.
