A luxury retail brand is currently recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing brand guidelines and strategy with their Head Office, and to ensure campaigns are effective across print and digital and tooversee website development.

Budget

  • Managing yearly budget and liaising with finance
Website

  • Regular communication with Head Office
  • Updates & Checks
  • Authorisation
E-commerce

  • Oversee Sales, Customer queries (along with retail)
  • Stock Management (along with Merchandise department)
  • Add new products
  • SEO management
  • Website maintenance and enhancement
  • Report & Analysis
Advertising

  • Manage Assets, Photography and Video
  • Work with media agencies and consultants on the Print and Digital campaigns
Database

  • CRM management
  • Follow GDPR guidelines
Social Network Management

  • Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest
Leadership and management

  • Leadership and management
  • Line manager for supporting Digital Marketing and Website
  • Maintain good relationships with third parties
  • Work with all inhouse departments/Managers and external Consultants.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3 years 'experience in a similar role
  • Bachelors 'degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels
  • Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommercefocused digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent understanding of customer flow and web analysis
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation
  • Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
  • Previous experience in the jewellery industry and/or a luxury retail environment
  • Strong editing and writing skills
  • Budget Management
  • Professionalism, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative, Salesforce, Magento, In Design and social media platforms
  • Google analytics
  • Fluent Japanese and English
