    Description

    Role SummaryTogether with an assistant you will provide company secretarial services to a broad range of private entities, lending and leasing trading companies and other companies within the Triple Point Group.

    In this pivotal position, you will provide crucial support to the business, including Committee Support work, advisory support, and the use of Diligent entities.

    issuing dividends and extensions/shortening of accounting reference dates.
    Incorporating Limited companies, Limited Liability Partnerships and Charities.

    Liaising with department heads to collate and circulate Committee packs including the Risk Committee, Sustainability Committee and the Valuation Committee.

    Ensuring accounts approved by the boards and filed on time.
    Managing the Group's insurance programme (D&O, Investment Management, Employer's Liability etc.).Knowledge and ExperienceStrong academic background (from A Levels)Fully qualified Chartered Company Secretary or Solicitor Experience of a 'hands on role' in small company secretarial department Demonstrable track record of high-quality minute takingProficient with Diligent EntitiesQualities and CompetenciesPro-activeFlexible attitudeWillingness to learnGood attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritise a varied workload Confidence to challengeExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels Excellent organisational skillsA high degree of competence in written English
