We are looking for colleagues who have a real passion for people, have what it takes to deliver excellent customer service and who are self-motivated, flexible, and keen to learn.

This role is demanding, fast paced, and varied, and you will be part of a small team that is looking to make a big difference.

A typically day will usually mean responding to routine queries and requests from colleagues and managers and providing effective support across the HR function.

Working against set policies and agreed service levels, you'll be involved in the preparation and administration of HR documentation covering the full employee lifecycle, including offer letters, employment contracts, payroll notifications, parental leave, internal moves, and leavers.

Central to the role is SuccessFactors, our HR information system and People portal, where you will be accountable for accurate and timely input of data and taking appropriate action to maintain the correct organisation, employee, and job records.

The role will require you to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of personal data and HR records.

The CAA operates a hybrid working model and as we are first line advisory, the team is required to be in the office 2 days a week on a rota basis.

  • Must have an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A customer focus and operate within the principles of good service.
  • Able to selfmanage workload to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
In addition, in order to fully meet the requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator, or similar HR role
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and policy
  • Ability to manage multiple diverse activities simultaneously.
  • A creative, practical, and resourceful approach to problemsolving
  • Ability to assess current processes and identify improvements.

What Can We Offer You

Additional Information
For many appointments within the CAA, these roles require access to operationally sensitive infrastructure and/or Nationally Protected information. For these roles the post holders must undergo National Security Vetting and achieve the appropriate level of clearance.

To be vetted you must have the right to work in the UK so that meaningful checks can be undertaken.

The CAA values high ethical standards and personal integrity among employees. If invited for interview you will be asked to complete a declaration of interest.

We are on a journey towards being increasingly adaptable, where our colleagues collaborate as part of cross-functional teams. This approach ensures we never stop learning together.

It also means that you may become involved in activities that take you out of your day-to-day role, providing you with opportunities to develop and grow your career with us.

We have embraced hybrid working and offer flexible working patterns, being open to having a conversation about what works for you.

We know where and when we work is important in achieving a work-life balance.
