Description
Quality ManagerMy client who are based in Hook are seeking a Quality Manager to join their fast growing team. The Quality Manager will own the development and management of the Quality Management System (QMS).
You will work cross functionally with teams across the business ensuring best practice policies and procedures are adhered too, manage the internal audit process and provide support on the development of continuous improvement plans with managers and their teams.
Own the development and management of QMS across the business.Develop and manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, processes and procedures to meet the needs of the business.
Support the Business Management Group (BMG) with the co-ordination of best practice process and procedures aligned to business needs.
Plan regular internal quality audits, review non-conformances and hold relevant areas accountable.Report on Quality KPIs that lead to a robust continuous improvement (CI) process in line with the strategic objectives of the business.
Support the BMG in their management and improvement of a robust non-conformance and root cause analysis process, providing regular reports demonstrating improvements.
Work with the BMG to ensure the quality of Product documentation supplied to customers that fulfils user and regulatory requirements.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the development and management of QMS in an ISO9001 certified company within the manufacturing industry.
Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
