    Ideal Employment are currently recruiting for Line Leaders for one of our manufacturing clients based in Kingswinford


    Benefits:

    • Opportunity for permanent positions

    • Monday to Friday

    • Easily accessible via Public Transport

    Weekly Rotational Shifts - Hours of work are:
    * 6am till 2pm - Monday to Friday

    * 2pm till 10pm - Monday to Friday


    Line Leader Duties Include:

    • Working on a production line
    • Picking and packing duties
    • Oversee a small team and ensure daily targets are met
    • Effectively maximise production efficiency

    Required skills:

    • Previous packing experience
    • Good commutation skills
    • Be able to work on own initiative
    • Manage and motivate a team
    • Problem solving skills
    • Organisation and leadership skills
    • Physically fit and able to do the role
    • Be able to work a rotational shift pattern
