- Support the project management office to ensure that projects are executed to the same standard across the globe.
- Ensure that all projects have a Project Delivery Plan and are managed in line with the standard Aggreko Project Management guidelines.
- Assist the sales team in preparation of bids and tenders.
- Ensure that project management processes are defined and documented in the Operations Quality Management System.
- Ensure that project stage gate reviews (Kick-off, initiate & planning and project close out) documentation is completed for all projects.
- Assist the project managers to manage the risk response plans for individual projects by sharing best practices and using extensive experience to identify, manage and reduce risks.
- Work closely with the group and regional engineering functions to ensure that the engineering design processes meet the needs of the project management schedule
- Technical experience in either Temperature Control or Power
- Project management experience
- Experience delivering projects end to end
- PreSales experience is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Events or Rental experience advantageous
