- Foster Agile working practices to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support delivery of the Engineering key results
- Lead delivery of the standardised operating model for Product Delivery in our Agile Toolset
- Drive and deploy continuous improvement into our ways of working delivering iterations of value
- Manage obstacles for the process related issues raised across the Enterprise
- Lead the teams to deliver the Engineering Chapter methods and practices into the Agile Handbook and other enterprise-wide learning materials
- Leading and managing communications with stakeholders at all levels
- Lead and drive development of Agile Metrics and KPIs for all levels within the product map
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Our current responsibility being, to drive standardisation and best practice of our Agile Tools into the organisation; whilst continuously inspecting & adapting in a timely manner. We play a vital role in supporting the roll-out and continual improvement of the Agile Philosophy.
