    Job Role: Business Support Manager

    Location: Head Office, Manchester City Centre. Office Based Role.

    Reporting Line: Chief Operating Officer

    Operam Education Group is an award winning Education agency, with 8 brands already under the umbrella, our growth plans for further acquisitions are really exciting. We are looking for a Business Support Manager to join our Head Office team.

    You will play a pivotal role in supporting all brands within the group, working autonomously to drive operational efficiency and functionality improvements. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects effectively.

    • HR Administration

    Attributes and Experience Requirement:

    • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
    • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
    • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
    • Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
