PROJECT COORDINATOR
An exciting permanent opportunity to support a construction company in making world-class designs as a project coordinator
PROJECT COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Maintaining company CAD drawing folders and register
- Assisting with site inductions
- Submitting drawings to clients
- Assisting with operations and maintenance manuals
- Maintaining client project team details
- Making changes to CAD drawings
- Creating, uploading and sending benchmarks
- Creating weekly reports and programmes
- Completing snag sheets
- Maintaining hard copy folders on all projects
PROJECT COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum 12 months in an administrative role
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
