PROJECT COORDINATOR
An exciting permanent opportunity to support a construction company in making world-class designs as a project coordinator


PROJECT COORDINATOR ROLE:


  • Maintaining company CAD drawing folders and register
  • Assisting with site inductions
  • Submitting drawings to clients
  • Assisting with operations and maintenance manuals
  • Maintaining client project team details
  • Making changes to CAD drawings
  • Creating, uploading and sending benchmarks
  • Creating weekly reports and programmes
  • Completing snag sheets
  • Maintaining hard copy folders on all projects

PROJECT COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:


  • Minimum 12 months in an administrative role
  • Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
