    Workplace Experience Manager

    Job Description Summary

    Cushman and Wakefield are looking for an experienced Workplace Manager to join their team, providing effective and customer focussed service to our clients.

    In this role you will oversee client events, meetings and executive functions and manage the implementation of initiatives to ensure that best practice is achieved in every aspect of service delivery with particular focus on cost, quality and client satisfaction

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of the workplace experience at the site, including facilities, services, and amenities
    • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels
    • Book and coordinate vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintenance of facilities
    • Ensure the office meets all H&S and compliance standards, conducting regular inspections and audits
    • Implementation, operations and oversight of FAMIS360
    • Report any maintenance issues and support the client with the resolution
    • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and experience, addressing any concerns and issues promptly
    • Generate regular reports on site experience performance, analysis data to identify areas of improvement
    • Proactively identify problems and come up with a solution. Ensure communication with the client is delivered in a timely manner and all parties are informed
    • Conduct and produce reports for client monthly and quarterly meetings
    • Promote and implement sustainable practices and initiatives within the site to reduce environmental impact
    • To line manage housekeeping team, conduct performance reviews and address and issues
    • Control vendor monthly spend, issue purchase orders and ensure payments are made on time
    • Delivers cost savings in line with KPI's
    • Ensures the day-to-day operations of the office are implemented in a manner consistent with C&W policies and ownership directives.
    • Assures compliance with C&W policies, procedures, systems and standard practices
    • Provide account lead and client with support in delivering projects
    • Be flexible to manage and oversee functions, executive events, and other responsibilities including outside of core working hours, as required

    Skill and Experience

    • Experience in managing C&W vendors such as cleaning and mechanical
    • Good planning and organizational skills
    • Work order closure within agreed timescales
    • Compliance with Health and Safety Legislation
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft. Outlook, Internet access, PowerPoint, and any other software program or piece of technology identified as standard for C&W
    • Have the ability to work under minimal supervision
