As a Dental Practice Manager, you'll help to keep everything running to plan so that the dentists are free to focus on looking after their patients. You'll be a pivotal part of the team, so you'll be given all the support, training, and development you need to thrive.
The Heart of the Role:
• Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
• Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
• Supporting the reception and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
• Making patients aware of dental services and offers
• Handling payments
• Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
What you'll bring:
• Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great patient focus
• Strong communication and organisation skills
