We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Duties:


  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
  • Provide product recommendations and up sell additional products or services when appropriate

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
From £24,500.64 per year
