    Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences and seasonal availability
    • Prepare and cook delicious meals with attention to detail and presentation
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
    • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
    • Monitor food production to ensure consistent quality and portion control
    • Manage kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring smooth workflow

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
    • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
