    Due to continued business growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Contract Manager to join our brilliant Contract Management & Planning team.

    We've really set the benchmark high with our people and our brilliant Contract Management & Planning Team are no exception.

    You'll offer previous experience in a administration, operations, contract management or customer service role and will also communicate confidently and effectively as you will be working closely with our customers and a variety of amazing people from across our business.

    As a Contract Manager reporting to the National Head of Planning – Electrical division, you will be a key member of our team.

    By doing this, you will help us deliver the highest quality service.

    Our Contract Management & Planning team members positively support and effectively communicate with both internal departments and external customers to provide accurate information as requested efficiently on time, whatever the assignment.

    Reporting any issues/patterns in behaviour (e.g. timekeeping/attendance) to the Head of Planning and discuss action to be taken, escalating when required.
    Monitoring and managing the planning of works for your Engineers up to 10 days in advance.
    Planning in labour for your contracts on the monthly Labour Schedule document.
    Managing stock from Housing Associations and recognise trigger points to request more properties.
    Any additional ad-hoc duties as required

    Internal promotion is a regular occurrence within our company and the Contract Management & Planning team are a great example of this.

    Salary up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
