    Salary:
    £25,363 - £31,350 per annum (depending on qualification/experience)

    We are looking for a full time, qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Southborough Springfield Road Nursery, situated in Tunbridge Wells.

    We are close to Tunbridge Wells town center and have good bus links to and from the nursery .

    This nursery offers care for children aged 3 months to 30 months and is a beautiful small 40 place nursery.

    We have three rooms equipped for each age group and a outside garden where children have the opportunity develop their physical development.

    The nursery is set over two levels with natural light in each of the rooms.
    The team are friendly and have over 100 years combined experience in the early years sector.

    New staff that join the team are given a buddy to help support them through their induction and probation period.

    Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
    Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
    Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
    Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
    Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
    Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
