Our global client based in Tewkesbury are world leaders in their industry and committed to leading the way in shaping a sustainable future They are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will undertake all the customer services activities communicating effectively with associated areas of the business, including the warehouse, manufacturing, finance, and sales in order to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities;
-Use the Company's ERP system to manage customer order books to meet delivery dates and communicate to the customer accordingly
-Process and expedite all related enquiries
-Liaise with the supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and finance/credit control departments to ensure on time efficient shipments and to plan for cost effective distribution
-Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the customers
-Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all customers' needs
-Manage any large building projects to ensure the customers' requirements are met
-Assist in general Customer Service operations when activity is low
-Manage defined Key Accounts
-Work proactively to ensure customer is kept informed of status of order book
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Candidate Attributes;
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong administration, planning and organisational skills
-Strong written and verbal skills
-Well developed analytical thinking skills and numerate
-Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and make decisions as required
Hours- Monday- Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-3.30pm
