- Salary: £30 to £35K
- Working hours: Monday
- Thursday: 8:155pm and Friday: 8:152pm
- Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining agreed levels of sales and profitability, from both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Performance:
- To achieve sales targets by developing new Customers
- Offering excellent service to our existing Customers
- To develop sales by cross selling our new market leading range of products to both new and existing accounts.
- To plan sales activities effectively, making the best use of your time.
- Maintain and develop excellent product knowledge for all of our systems.
- Compile sales reports for review, at monthly sales meetings.
- Follow up on any leads / quotations.
- Build relationships with architects, with a longerterm view to getting Apton Systems specified.
Key Relationships
Internally - Sales office, Estimating, Technical and Operations
Externally - Customers existing, new and potential
