- To ensure any vacant premises are rented at the earliest opportunity to the most suitable tenants in the market in-line with the company's leasing strategies
- To action upcoming rent reviews at the earliest opportunity and negotiate the highest rents possible
- To action upcoming lease expiries in-line with the company's leasing strategies
- To ensure the legal department is provided with clear commercial instructions
- To review the impact of any potential tenant lease re-gear, assignment/underletting or forfeiture plans
- To carry out property and site inspections
- To take instructions for any potential disposals and achieve the highest sale price possible
- To provide bi-weekly progress updates to accounts and legal departments
- To provide quarterly updates to the company's shareholders
- RICS accredited degree
- Member of RICS or currently undertaking APC
- To have a sound understanding of leasing and the Landlord and Tenant Act Part II, as amended
