Our Client is a Large Format Digital Print Company based in London, they offer their clients a mix of products from retail displays, POS, Exhibition Graphics to props and backdrops for film and TV
They are currently looking to recruit a Finisher / Printer who will report to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities / Requirements:
Mounting, Laminating, Flatbed Cutting, Laser Cutting and fabrication
To finish a variety of materials, i.e., large format prints, vinyl and signage for a range of different projects from retail, events, sets and exhibitions, etc
To ensure jobs are packed correctly for despatch
To operate printers and cutters
Work to company, client and site Health & Safety procedures
To undertake quality control of finished items to ensure they meet standards and to report any issues to management
Well-presented, friendly, hard-working and be able to communicate highly effectively in English, both verbal and written communications
Knowledge of substrates including vinyl, foamex, foamboard, dibond, banner, wallpaper, acrylic, paper and card
A highly effective person with strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to work and liaise with people from 'all walks of life'
A proactive approach to problem solving and able to work on own initiative and common sense to resolve issues
Able to multi-task effectively switching between the different functions of this role and work under pressure to meet deadlines, able to prioritise and multitask effectively
Good attention to detail, dependable with a positive attitudeExperience:
Experience in managing projects from manufacturing to finishing
Experience in using Large Format Printers, CNC Machine, Mounting, Laminating, Guillotine and Laser Cutter
