Aitchison Raffety is a multi-service national property consultancy which operates from a number of UK offices with over 100 professionals.

We provide the full range of property services and advise large corporate businesses, developers, investors, lenders, local authorities and a sizeable number of occupier types.

The Associate Director will be a key member of the Building Surveying team, delivering not only against their own targets but also being a key team player, sharing leads and best practice and mentoring and supporting others.

Key Accountabilities:

Engaged and effective team player, taking an active part in the building surveying and the other business lines of Aitchison Rafferty
Delivers against own fee earning target, and supports the whole team meet to outperform all KPIs and relevant performance indicators, which are reviewed annually.
Undertake business development, seeking new profitable opportunities with existing or new clients not just for the building surveying team but for all business lines of Aitchison Raffety
Work team members nationally and within local offices
Manages client relationships
Works effectively with stakeholders
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in own skills and the processes of the team
