A prestigious global manufacturer of paper for hygienic and domestic use is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain the technical efficiency and safety of its plants.

This role is pivotal in achieving production goals aligned with the company's esteemed policies.

Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and product safety standards, as well as ISO 9001 Quality System procedures.

Contribute to the maintenance budget, aiming to meet financial targets.
Innovate to enhance plant productivity and maintenance processes.
Lead the maintenance team, fostering their professional development and motivation.
Supervise the installation of new equipment and liaise with the Purchasing Manager/Officer for supplier negotiations.

Basic salary of £63,000pa - 25 days holiday & basic pension

Monday
Friday working pattern core hours 8am 5pm flexibility around this.

Proven experience in plant maintenance, with a strong understanding of safety and quality systems.
