Internal Sales Support Executive - Corby

The Company

My client is a successful manufacturing business, based in Corby, supplying an innovative range of products to a broad customer base, including automotive & medical sectors.
Following continued growth, they wish to appoint an ambitious Internal Sales Support Executive who is keen to join a global group.

The Role

You will manage enquiries from SME customers, including issuing quotations and product samples.
Accurately record customer specifications and evaluate and action next steps, informing the relevant Sales Manager.
Maintain structured contact with existing customers and build professional relationships and rapport.
Deliver excellent support and customer service to optimise opportunities for the business.
Liaise with colleagues and other departments to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
Follow up on customer enquiries when required.
Maintain and manage customer records; collate and report data as required by other teams.
