    Description

    DB Charles Recruitment are working with a client whom they hold a great relationship with and they are looking to hire a new permanent Support Analyst to join the growing business based in Lincoln.

    The role is a permanent position for a Support Analyst focussing on Application & Software Support to be based from their site in Lincoln, with very flexible remote hybrid working capability on offer.

    The role is predominantly to aid and support the businesses customers, promoting an excellent level of customer support service.
    Training on IT systems and specific applications so to be able deliver end user support
    Taking & recording customer queries onto the support database ticketing system
    Providing support and resolutions to a variety of application & software queries
    Diarising and returning customers phone calls
    SQL updates
    Working closely with the Support Manager
    Preferable background from customer service or a telephone based role
    Will consider recent graduates with an interest in IT & systems however not essential
    A background in application or software support would be highly advantageous however not necessary
    Experience in delivering excellent customer service via phone, email & face to face
    Working knowledge of basic IT systems
    Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server advantageous however not essential

    Ability to commit to a permanent role based in Lincoln, with a long term home & office working policy already in place.

    The business offers great flexibility on home working.

    The client is offering a salary up to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience and the role will be Monday to Friday with shifts between the hours of 8AM to 6PM with contractual hours of 38 – 39 hours per week.
