    Compliance & Legal AssistantLondonHybrid£35,000 - £38,000Our client, an established and highly regarded finance broker with a global profile, is seeking a Compliance & Legal Assistant.

    This is a busy and wide-ranging role, supporting the Head of Compliance and ensuring that the Compliance & Legal Department runs as smoothly as possible.

    Currently this is a hybrid role.

    Working hours are Amongst the responsibilities of the Compliance & Legal Assistant will be:

    Preparing and proofreading documentationCommunication with other global officesFilings to Companies HouseUndertaking Legal researchPreparing Board packs, minuting board meetings, and circulating board resolutionsUndertaking KYC checksPreparing PresentationsDrafting and negotiation of contractsCompliance & Legal Assistant - what we're looking for:A Minimum of 12 months experience working within a Legal/Compliance department within a Financial Services organisationA graduate in Law or a related subject or possessing similar level of qualification.

    Passion for legal and regulatory workAbility to manage a varied workload in a deadline driven environment.
