    An Elite US law firm, ranked Band-1 by Chambers for Equity Capital Markets (ECM) advisory, are searching for experienced Associate to join the Equity Capital Markets division.


    About the ECM Division:

    Led by a hall-of-fame ECM lawyer, the division is renowned for its unparalleled expertise in navigating complex capital market transactions.

    The team has successfully advised on a myriad of high-profile offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and equity-linked securities transactions.

    With a client-centric approach and a deep understanding of market dynamics, we consistently deliver tailored solutions that maximize value and mitigate risk for our clients.


    The Role:
    As an Associate in our ECM team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactions alongside some of the brightest legal minds in the industry


    Your responsibilities will include:
    Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support transactional activities.
    Drafting and reviewing offering documents, prospectuses, and other transactional materials.
    Assisting in due diligence processes and liaising with clients, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.
    Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
    Collaborating closely with partners and senior associates to execute seamless transactions and deliver exceptional client service.


    Qualifications:
    Experience in capital markets transactions at a leading law firm or financial institution.
    Outstanding academic credentials.
    Qualified to practice in England and Wales.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
    Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also taking initiative and working independently when necessary.
