We are seeking a Client Partner for Gaming and PSP that has energy, structure and likes being part of a collaborative team. You'll Spend Your Time
·Establishing and enhancing relationships with strategic merchant personnel, ranging from C-Suite executives to sales teams. Your mission is to deepen their knowledge, strengthen our partnerships, and collectively drive increased business growth. Collaborating closely with Client Relationships and Operations teams, which report to our COO, you'll ensure seamless support and tech onboarding for our valued Merchants.
·Identifying opportunities and crafting actionable plans to achieve impactful results. As an integral part of our global expansion strategy, you'll have the opportunity to travel internationally, attending meetings and representing us at trade shows.
·Leveraging your experience to effectively sell to Gaming and PSP Partners. Understand the nuances of digital payments in the payments landscape.
·Recognising the importance of regulatory support for clients in esports and games. Navigate and communicate the regulatory landscape to enhance client relationships.
·Demonstrating your structured approach by planning and progressing with accounts. Utilize CRM tools to streamline account management processes.
The success in this role will be measured by several key metrics, including but not limited to:
· Expansion of client base within the gaming and PSP industries.
· Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
· Client satisfaction and retention rates.
· Timeliness and effectiveness of strategy implementation.
· Successful identification and capitalisation on new business opportunities.
Key Attributes, Skills & Experience
Essential
· Proven experience in a sales role relevant to the Gaming and PSP sectors.
· In-depth understanding of the digital payment landscape.
· Familiarity with the regulatory aspects impacting online esports, and games.
· Proficiency in using CRM tools for structured account management.
· Energy and drive to achieve results.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Persistence and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Desirable
· While strategic thinking is essential, having a creative and innovative mindset can bring fresh perspectives to business development. This skill allows the Client Partner to think outside the box, propose unique solutions and identify opportunities that others may overlook.
·Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, finance and product development is crucial for successful business development. A candidate with the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions can facilitate the integration of strategies and ensure that business development aligns with overall organisational goals.
