Are you a Warehouse Shift Supervisor looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and hardworking individual that shows dedication and enthusiasm when working as part of a team or individually.

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Supervisors to assist in the leading of our warehouse teams during the Weekend Day Shifts.

As a Warehouse Shift Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day business, acting confidently and professionally during your daily duties.

Supporting your line manager, you will ensure our company standards are always achieved.

You will be the point of contact for a team within the warehouse and will need to ensure that they are effectively managed and cared for.

You will encourage and develop a positive attitude and lead by example.

As part of your role, you will strive to:

be seen as an expert in warehouse processes and equipment.

- challenge, improve, and maintain practices.
- identify root causes of failures and propose solutions to avoid future failures.
- be alert to potential problems and aim to prevent problems from occurring.
- take some responsibility for your own training to ensure quick and effective response.
- solve difficult problems that others can't.
- work towards a safe culture by developing safe behaviours.

The working hours for this position are 10am until 10pm, on Saturday, Sundays and Mondays.

Additional Information

The salary for this position would be £11.66 p/h to £12.22 p/h depending on experience.
