We're looking for an Integration Business Analyst. Based in our Marlow office, this role involves working with both external clients and internal teams across various locations. As our Integration Business Analyst, you will be responsible for all client and vendor onboarding ensuring all functional and non-functional requirements of the business are met.

You will work with many parts of our global e-commerce platform's systems, including product catalogues, order provisioning, and third-party vendor systems such as payment services, tax calculators, and CRM systems. These integrations are vital for maintaining the integrity and enhancing the success of our offerings.

More specifically, you will:

Collaborate with developers and integration specialists to manage and optimize multi-tenant, cross-border e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration across multilingual, multi-site, and multi-currency systems.
Engage directly with clients to understand and integrate their back-office system requirements into our platform.
Develop use cases, technical research, and customer feedback into program / technical requirements for execution by the engineering teams.
Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineering, and QA teams to clarify and implement product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding across teams.
Lead client and vendor integration projects scoping and requirements gathering, through to delivery.
Write and maintain clear and concise documentation of all integrations.
Properly document and communicate project deliverables, and support the PM to mange project stages, roles, milestones and timelines.
Perform root cause analysis and design solutions for complex problems.
Continuously set and manage external and internal customer expectations.
Lead integration requirements capture sessions with business and customer stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to support and integration performance for senior management and support the PM in monitoring the project progress.
Support the pre-sales process by identifying essential integration requirements and maintaining existing integrations.
Develop technical documentation and user stories, conduct root cause analysis for complex issues, and design effective solutions.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms or related fields.
Strong experience with API integrations, particularly in e-commerce environments like Shopify, Magento and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle and Sterling.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Robust analytical skills and proven problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ecommerce integration with ERP, OMS & PIM systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and an ability to meet release cadence milestones.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience across a range of integration approaches, including streaming, EDI, API, JSON, XML, and flat file integration and familiarity with AWS and analytical tools.
Excellent skills with spreadsheets, and familiarity with business intelligence applications, and SQL.
Resourcefulness and ability to find solutions in ambiguous situations.
Exceptional written communication skills for technical user story development.
Multitasking and effective prioritisation of critical tasks and conflicting requirements.
Ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external teams.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and management of technology.
5+ years of data integration experience, in a SaaS / PaaS / technical environment.
A strong facilitator who can quickly gain detailed knowledge.
