Centre of Excellence Executive - Part Time 18 hours per week

As a Barclays Centre of Excellence Executive, you will be the primary contact for the client, helping them with their investment, wealth planning, and day to day banking needs.
You will handle a wide variety of inbound telephone calls and administration activities for WM&I clients covering every aspect of Barclays investment servicing and banking products.
You will also be in charge of developing client relationship with Barclays through delivery of a professional service via telephony & digital channels.

What will you be
doing?:
- Functioning closely with a range of internal stakeholders to deliver a high quality of service to WM&I clients
- Delivering an effortless service by using situational empathy on every client interaction and taking responsibility for resolving client queries effectively
- Dealing with WM&I clients via telephone and digital channels, and ensuring that they receive the highest standard of service in all interactions
- Leading proactively with Operations, supporting functions and third parties to ensure delivery, and resolving issues and mitigating errors
- Managing administrative activities, and helping investment planning, which include onboarding and ongoing services across all client journeys
- Ensuring that clients are aware of every aspect of daytoday banking, including setting up payments and direct debits/standing orders, cash transfers and foreign exchange
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy to ensure all requests are completed correctly within arranged SLAs
- Delivering a bespoke service to clients by being a financial coach

Skills that will help you in the role:
- Excellent verbal and written English language, which is essential in speaking with customers on a daily basis
- Having advanced digital knowledge is essential to the role and will be an advantage in making progress
- Computer literacy is essential, especially with Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage daily tasks and communicate with customers
Where will you be working?**You will be working within Barclays new state of the art Glasgow Campus based in the city center. This is a 10-minute walk away from the train station.
