Primary teaching assistants - Bath

Axcis are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant that can support children with additional needs on a full time and long term commitment.

This role would be working in the primary schools' special needs resource base. Working hours are 8:30-3:30, Monday to Friday and term time only. The students in this base often are diagnosed with autism or ADHD and occasionally complex needs.

This would be starting as soon as possible, many people that work in this school for us already have been there for several months to a year plus.

The school is based in the south side of Bath with good access to public transport, whether you are coming from the greater BANES area of from the centre of Bath.

The school are looking for someone that has experience in special needs and can handle behaviours associated with such conditions typical in the base.

The right person will need to be flexible to the needs of the school and be happy to help in various classrooms rather than one particular one, although there will be a regular class that you would be assigned to.
