College Sport Assistant & Social Sport Assistant (University of York Students only Roles)


Location:
York University Student Union (YUSU)


Reporting to:
Opportunities Manager


Salary:
£10.90 per hour


Working pattern:
Up to 15 hours per week, zero hours out of semester time.


Fixed term:
September March 2024

About the Role:


We are recruiting for 2 exciting student staff roles to support the Activities team in the delivery of college and social sport.


The college sport assistant role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of the college sport league programme, assisting our college sport clubs and helping with event organisation.

The social sport assistant will primarily focus on developing and delivering a social sport programme, creating new turn up and play sport opportunities for students and working with clubs to facilitate sessions.

During busy periods there may be some crossover between roles.
