We are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join a well-established and expanding company who deliver extraordinary events to clients on a worldwide basis.

What we are looking for:

You will have 3 years+ event management experience
You will be a highly experienced Events Manager with a proven track record in managing and planning events
You will be able to cope well under pressure and remain productive in high pressure situations
You will have good finance knowledge and experience in managing budgets
You will be a real team player and be willing to support your team of colleagues
You will have a good ability to multitask as you will be working over multiple projects and accounts
Flexible to work additional hours and attend Events as the workload dictates
Selfmotivated, you will work with initiative and be focused on quality and detail within all areas of your work
Full UK Driving License required

What the role will involve:

Running hundreds of events per year both online and face to face
Full event delivery from start to finish including weekly finance and budget sign off
Calendar Management
Account Management you will need to provide quarterly updates to each client and project plan updates of upcoming events
Taking a brief and being able to create a pitch and offer to a client directly from that brief
Venue Finding working with Project Assistants to discuss and source appropriate event Venues, within the UK and Worldwide
