The successful applicant should have experience of Children's Mental Health and/or Learning Disability Services and be extremely organised.We are currently recruiting a Band 6 Deputy Team Manager to work within a busy CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team across County Durham and Darlington.
The successful candidate would support the team manager with performance monitoring, sickness and absence management, and data gathering for monthly report-out meetings.

As the team is regularly in a state of change the use of TEWV Quality Improvement Systems is an integral component of this role.
An ability to understand data relating to the team performance is imperative as this would be a daily responsibility within the role.
Evidence of Continuing Professional DevelopmentLeadership or management qualification or willingness to work towards. Quality Improvement Systems for Leaders or willing to undertake within agreed timescale.
Key skills in literacy, numeracy and ITQ level 2 (or equivalent).
Significant role in quality improvement activities
Significant evidenced based knowledge of best practice in caring for patients (adults or children) with mental ill health and/or learning disabilities.
