About the Role:
As a Highway Maintenance Officer, you will oversee works and resources related to highway maintenance, collaborating with contractors to deliver an efficient and quality service. Your role involves interacting with customers, promoting Highways and Transport, and upholding customer care standards. You will also work closely with the Highways Technical Support and Communication team to address issues effectively.
This dynamic role will have you tackling different challenges daily, from drainage investigations to customer communication. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for this role.
