You will work across Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology markets working in our Applied Technology (APT) Practice, you'll enjoy working in and alongside core teams who all pull together to get the job done. Using the most effective and efficient methods available, focus on helping clients through the full business change lifecycle from early engagement in the process to delivery of conceptual and innovative solutions. You'll be able to shape the client's objectives before developing and delivering the overall Test and Integration strategy and plan.

About the job:


  • As a Test and Integration Consultant / Subject Matter Expert advise Clients on the best use of tools and frameworks through a combination of analysis, feasibility studies, proof of concept, estimation, implementation roadmaps, ROI, tool recommendations and personal influence to deliver Client needs.
  • To advise our clients on strategic and governance matters for introducing and improving testing and automation in their organisations.
  • Progress projects and teams from manual to automated testing, balancing development costs, execution speed, robustness and maintenance.
  • Governance, assurance and management and delivery each test phase, e.g. Systems Integration, Business Readiness, User Acceptance, Operational Acceptance Testing, as well as more specialist processes such as Live Payment Testing.
  • Desire to participate in collateral production, bid development, marketing and sales.
  • Develop a resource 'toolbox' to enable efficient reuse of testware across projects.
  • Contribute to the Digital Advantage Test and Integration capability development and wider Digital Advantage initiatives.

  • Ability to tailor the presentation of ideas to nontechnical and senior stakeholders.
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Experience and skill with the MS Office toolset.
  • Effective and creative written and oral communication skills.
