Luxury Travel Executive - German Speaking market

Remote Working (Training is two weeks in London office, expenses paid for hotel accommodation available)

Salary for this position depends on level of experience, but as a banding guide £25,000 - £40,000 (higher end of salary available for someone with extensive background of Travel industry i.e. 5 + years)

My client is looking for a passionate, motivated, and resourceful individual to join their Travel team.

As a Travel Executive, you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our customers, including luxury journeys, complex flight-inclusiveitineraries covering several destinations within Europe and world-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of tailormade offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing.
Active crossselling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries.

Requirements:

Have the required authorization to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Strong and proven track record in Europe leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries
Experience in Travel retail or Tour operator environment essential
Professional fluency (both written and spoken) in German and English. French and/or Italian proficiency is a big plus.
Impeccable listening skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to multitask, assist where needed, maintain strong attention to detail, resolve problems independently, and work well under pressure.
Energetic and motivated team player who enjoys the challenges.
You have strong communication skills and love to provide excellent service and quality daily.

A competitive salary will reflect experience, and performance bonus structure (£3,600 per annum)
Hybrid work in our London Offices (1 day a week if commutable distance from London) or fully remote working.
Annual Leave of 20 days per annum for the first year and increased to 25 days per annum from the second year onwards plus additional 3 extra days of annual leave in your third year.
Work and play Qualify to work abroad for up to 30 days a year on top of your annual leave entitlement.

Working pattern

This position is a 40-hour work week with day / evening shifts.

Shifts are either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday; between the hours of 8am - 9pm / with at least one late shift per week i.e.

12pm - 9pm)
