    If you are a Barista/ Hospitality Assistant who thrives on delivering extraordinary experiences and loves to be part of a harmonious and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you
    Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
    The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and COSHH standards
    Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
    Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
    Be a part of the team assisting with all levels of service and assiting with hospitality requests
    Perpetuates company philosophy and culture
    Have a contagiouspassion for coffee, tea and customer service
    Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus
    Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
    Some experience, although not necessary, in hospitality.
