    Job Description

    Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Data Protection Analyst in London Hybrid Role!

    Are you an experienced Data Protection Specialist looking to take the lead in a global team? Join our client as a Senior Analyst in their established Data Protection team and be a key player in shaping their Data Protection strategy and roadmap.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data protection strategies and policies.
    • Conduct risk assessments and audits to enhance data protection practices.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess data protection requirements.
    • Provide guidance on best practices and compliance to business units.
    • Monitor data protection incidents, investigate root causes, and take corrective actions.
    • Stay updated on data protection laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Deliver data protection training and awareness programs.
    • Participate in teams to evaluate and implement data protection technologies.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on data protection matters.
    • Contribute to improving data protection processes.

    To be considered for this role, you should have:

    • Prior experience in data protection/privacy, preferably in a technical or analyst role.
    • Experience with global-scale projects and data protection laws like GDPR, CCPA, etc.
    • Strong understanding of data protection technologies such as encryption and access controls.
    • Ability to collaborate with global teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
