    As a Data Protection Compliance Analyst, you'll occupy a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the day-to-day tasks essential for maintaining data security and regulatory compliance. From managing incoming emails to coordinating ticketing systems, your proficiency will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency.

    Reporting directly to the Group Data Protection Operations Manager, your responsibilities will involve upholding meticulous standards to guarantee compliance with data protection regulations across diverse jurisdictions.

    What you'll be doing

  • Manage and respond to data protection-related emails, incidents, and requests.
  • Prioritize and assign data protection incidents from various communication channels.
  • Administer the data protection ticketing system and maintain Confluence and SharePoint sites.
  • Aid in DSAR escalations, including data redaction and liaising with external suppliers.
  • Support breach management, reporting, and audit reviews.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, maintain records, and ensure documentation accessibility.
  • Assist in data protection training initiatives and policy/process enhancements.
  • Collaborate on projects, including due diligence and DPIA submissions.
  • Attend relevant calls and meetings and complete companywide training.

    • Who we are looking for

  • Experienced in fast-paced, challenging work environments.
  • Previous background in data protection, compliance, or related fields preferred.
  • Proficient in ticketing systems ( JIRA), email management tools, and Microsoft applications
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements
