We are currently working with special secondary schools for children who have social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The school delivers a highly personalized approach to education with small class sizes and lessons that are carefully planned to take into account the needs, interests, and abilities of all students so that their learning is more purposeful and engaging.

Job Role.
We are looking for

Behaviour Mentors with drive and creativity to work under the guidance of teaching staff to support learners to make exceptional progress in all aspects of school life. You will supervise and provide particular support for students, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities and create and maintain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans, and assist with the display of students' work.

Do you have the following experience?

Proven successful experience working with or caring for children in any setting.
Proven successful experience working within a school.
Proven successful experience working with children with challenging behaviour.
Enhanced DBS for children.
