Description

Here at PH Water & Air Technologies we're looking for a Operations Manager to join our team based in Farnborough. You will oversee the service team, comprising of mobile engineers and the service desk team, reporting directly to you. Your primary focus will be ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing the water hygiene process.

This position entails primarily office based work, though occasional visits to client sites will be necessary. We seek an individual who can enthusiastically embrace the role, leveraging their industry experience to have a significant impact. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader eager to leave a lasting impression.

What we offer:

We're looking to offer a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 with a company car or allowance, we also offer a day off on your birthday and the opportunity to earn additional holiday.

Key areas of responsibility:

Establish best practices in water hygiene service delivery, fostering transparency and trust among clients and internal team members
Develop and implement robust delivery methodologies to ensure efficient service provision, driving continuous improvement
Act as the principal point of contact for the department, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with service level agreements
Provide effective solutions to challenges encountered in day-to-day operations, coordinating teams and resources efficiently

Experience required for the role:

Proven experience in the water hygiene industry with formal qualifications in legionella or related water qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively
Experience in people management, including leading and motivating teams to achieve excellence
Proficiency in producing service reviews and reports, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement
